In Education & Literacy, we run 15 learning centers providing free quality education to over 2,000 underprivileged children, with special emphasis on girl child education and digital literacy. Our Child Nutrition Programs combat malnutrition through mid-day meal schemes, vitamin supplementation, and nutrition counseling for mothers, currently serving 5,000 children daily. Under Women Empowerment, we conduct vocational training in tailoring, handicrafts, food processing, and entrepreneurship, having trained 3,500 women who now earn independent livelihoods. Our Healthcare Initiatives include quarterly medical camps offering free consultations, medicines, and diagnostic services, having screened 10,000 individuals in the past year. These experiences ignited in him an unshakeable resolve to create systemic change. Before founding Namo Narayan Sewa Sansthan in 2017, Pankaj accumulated extensive experience in community development, working with various grassroots organizations. His academic background in Social Work, combined with his field experience, equipped him with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights into developmental challenges. His leadership philosophy centers on transparency, community participation, and sustainable interventions. Under his stewardship, the organization has grown from serving a single village to impacting hundreds of communities across multiple states.
